Golden Isles Live! Cancellation & Refund Policy
PATRON AND SPONSOR PACKAGE TICKETS - Patron and Sponsor Tickets are considered membership dues for the season and are non-refundable.
SINGLE PERFORMANCE TICKETS - In the event a scheduled performance is cancelled or postponed, Golden Isles Live (GIL) will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. GIL guarantees that if a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled it will refund the full value of ticket/s if requested by the purchaser in writing (via postal or email).
If the performance is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser may choose to use the current ticket for the rescheduled performance or request a full refund in writing (via postal or email).
